Dr Deepak Gupta is one of the leading interventional cardiologists in Jharkhand and Bihar. Renowned for his expertise in advanced cardiac care, he has dedicated more than 25 years to diagnosing, treating, and preventing heart diseases.
He completed his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) from RIMS, Ranchi, followed by a DM in Cardiology from the prestigious SGPGIMS, Lucknow. He has also been honoured with the Fellowship of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI), USA, the Fellowship of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), Europe, and the Fellowship of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), USA.
Currently, Dr. Deepak Gupta serves as the Chairman and Director of the Department of Cardiac Sciences at Samford Hospital, Ranchi.
Dr. Gupta has successfully performed more than 10,000 coronary angiographies, over 6,000 coronary angioplasties, more than 2,000 pacemaker implantations, and hundreds of structural heart procedures, including Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV), Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) closure, and Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) closure.
